I think that would be totally hot! You could always just put chunks of color in it instead of all one color too.
Since I couldn't send you a reply since your contact info has not been confirmed here goes, I think you shouldn't add the hot pink streaks, but if you want streaks I would either leave blonde ones in or add some black ones.

If you want to dye your hair aqua... there are a few things you need to take into consideration.
Firstly, it's going to be difficult to get the aqua to stay in your hair for any length of time. A couple of washes, and it's gone, then you are left with an ugly greyish blueish colour, there is no guarantee that you will get it all out, just have to grow it out.
Im not sure how old you are, or what you do, but you need to take into consideration any problems that could arise with you having aqua hair.
Upto you, if you don't feel like doing it, don't.

Be really careful,
I have light blonde hair too, When i was younger i decided to go blue... A week later it was green from fading... a week after that my hair looked mouldy! =( Not good. And it's hard to bleach your hair back to blonde after using a product such as fudge!
Make sure you really want aqua hair =)

Ok firs of all its totally up to you. You may look hot or not i mean consider ur eyebrows. If you kinda want to then buy some cheap one night coloring that they use for holoween and parties and u can see how it looks on you.
