Like when im working at my job girls come in and give my eye contact or look and do that hair thing... im just wondering is that a sign of attraction of what?? I mean what do girls when they see a guy that is good looking or they are attracted to?

Girls doing the whole flippy thing with the hair is a signs that they are attracted to you. Or want you to notice them.
Thinking that you are very good looking. Eye contact is a very good sign that they like you and are attracted to you. Cause just like you.. (men) when you see something you really like you tend to stare right.. well same with girls.. when we see something Good.. we tend to stare at it. and want them to notice us and pay attention to us.
Im sure you are very good looking!!
If a girl gives you a compliment or flirts with you in any way that is a sign that she likes you alot. so watch those signs... But Yes that does mean they are deffinatly attracted to you...
