I would like to do a "Tony Clifton" type impersonation, and I don't want people to recognize me. I want to keep it cheap.

The truth is that you are not going to get a lot of information on here. If you want to make a good mask, try places like Pearl Paint your local ceramic shops, you can try these sites as well.

Try your local library and search for stage make-up books. Their should be stuff in their on how to create proper flesh tones and simulate the appearance of real skin. My brother did that a while back and had great results. Some of it take a lot of practice to work up the skill, though.

I've never heard of rubber leggings. I don't really like Uggs, but I think they look alright with leggings. I just can't stand when people wear them with miniskirts with no leggings or anything underneath in super cold weather.
