Yes, this can be done -- I've seen it myself, on a friend of mine (green, not pink, in this case)

You definitely need bleach. Try something like Jolene face bleach, since it's gentler than the stuff for your head. Make sure most of the color comes out (you can tell because then the hair will be a orangey yello). After that grab some vegetable dye, like Special Effects (best, imo) or Manic Panic and leave that on for at least 20 minutes.

You should have nice pink pubes at that point.

And no, of course it won't make your hair fall out! It's hair, just like the hair on your head

I DO know that dying hair extreme bright colors from dark brown does require bleaching or the colors come out all ugly. I dont know what effect bleaching has on pubic hairs. I would probably advise not to bleach down south, as thats a pretty sensitive area, and chemicals can cause serious problems.

Before you go to the extreme of trying to get an infection that won't quit, try some spray on color. Some of them cover pretty well. Michael O'Rourke products, under Sexy Hair concepts, has a bright pink temporary spray that works well. But be very careful. Some things are too uncomfortable to take a chance with.

hi, in case you dye it on the colour you've now you wont hardly be conscious the crimson. They inform you to bleach it first because it will be a very dazzling crimson like on the field and it is going to very last more on bleached hair. in case you go with the end result on the field then you honestly've got to bleach your hair some situations before it receives mild sufficient. I dont comprehend how darkish or mild your hair is, yet when its darkish and is going a gingery colour in case you do bleach it then I dont comprehend climate crimson will bypass on a diverse colour altogether. I dont have a lot experiace with modern colorings only bleaching and redyeing with style of organic hair colorings. I do my boyfriends the elementary time yet he bleached his hair to pretty a lot white so he receives the colour its think to be hes been crimson and also Blue. I idyed my hair with a purply colour on acceptable of my brown and all I were given changed into tricks of the colour. If i changed into you i'd only keep on with the colour you're and bypass for the crimson or pink colorings in stay colour lights.

It depends on what hair coclour you have. If you are already fair blonde, then you can go ahead and dye it. If not so, then you defintely need to bleach it first, then dye it! Your hair will get damage anyway, so use good bleach! ; -)
