1. While running/jogging, Are we supposed to keep the stomach muscles tight and intact with breathing (not restricting externally with a belt or so, though), or let it bounce with the jumps and movements especially when there is some loose flesh in the belly area.?
2.Does Jogging/Running help reduce tummy flabs(fat)? Any tips and tricks to effectively reduce the fat flesh around the belly button and get a better shape, pls ?

You should try to tighten up your stomach muscles and letting it bounce is probably not the best thing for your body.

I would recommend doing some form of stationary exercise to tighten your abdominal muscles, preferably crunches, sit-ups and calisthenics that work those muscles.

Running/jogging is a great exercise, but very high impact. Swimming or bicycling can accomplish many of the same things with far less impact. I would suggest a balanced program of calisthenics, weight training, aerobic exercises such as running or cycling or swimming and possibly even exercise machines.

You may find a treadmill a bit easier on your body than an actual run.
