Rest assured that your hair is growing at approximately 1/2 inch a month.. it just doesn't seem like it.

First off, is your hair damaged?? If it is, it only seems not to be growing because for every inch it grows on top it is breaking off at the bottom. Make sure you are getting it trimmed.

The biggest mistake you can make while trying to get your hair to grow is by brushing it or pulling it. Although people seem to think these techniques work, all you are doing is breaking it.

You need to stimulate your scalp by massaging it with the pads of your fingers while in the shower. It works best while the conditioner is in your hair. Do not use your finger nails.. you dont need to be scratching your scalp all up.

Be patient.. it probably seems not to be growing because you want it to grow.. its that way for everyone.

Take a good multi-vitamin and a vitamin B complex, both of these will help.. Also, adding a vitamin E will make your hair stronger.

The trick is to keep trimming your hair. And your hair needs natural oils for it to grow so do what i do and only wash your hair every other day. I promise you your hair will feel soooooo much better. And make sure that you are using the right shampoo ok. So good luck. I wish you long hair.

Maybe you have too much stress in your life? About a year ago I was losing tons of hair -- it was coming out in handfuls, freaky -- but it went away pretty quickly when my stress levels went down. Fortunately I have really thick hair so it never made a noticeable difference to anyone but me.

Go easy on yourself and your hair will grow. And yeah, these things go in cycles sometimes.

Your hair grows faster in the morning. Might I suggest you start saying Good morning to everyone you meet. This will convince your subconscious that it is morning all the time thus making you hair grow more.

If you just trim it a little it will start growing faster not permanently faster just like SHOOM! and then back to the normal speed also they say wearing your hair up makes it grow faster too.

You can't change the growth pattern of your hair, but you can protect it while it grows. Use good products, those that will keep it conditioned and healthy, and it will grow. Good circulation and eating healthy helps too. Just be patient.

Go for regular trims. Once every two or three weeks. I've tried it before and it works! The best part? You get to get rid of those nasty split ends at the same time. Haha.
