It's not good for you or your body to do last minute work-outs but, if you have to do leg lifts. Meaning lift your body up by using your toes strenth by going up and down it will take alot but it will tone up some but also light jogging.

you should only work out your thighs for like a hour one day and thats it anymore you will over work them.
