I think by late summer. I live in Uptown on Wilson, and I was wondering the same thing

I believe I found the answer, and none too soon to prevent you from going Yahoo postal :)
Look at this web page, which seems to say that the Marigold Bowl was sold to make room for the construction of condos, hence it will not open, at least not soon or in it's present location. But read the article yourself.
