Read all Shakespeare's sonnets and memorize 10 of them.
Watch some old movies about romance: "It Happened One Night," "The Awful Truth," "Bringing Up Baby," "The Philadelphia Story" and "My Favorite Wife." See also a modern movie on this theme, "Sleepless in Seattle."
Carefully watch "The Thin Man" several times and pay attention to how William Powell and Myrna Loy play Nick and Nora Charles -- THIS is how men and women are supposed to get along with each other. The public refused to believe that these two weren't married, though they weren't.

take you bf or gf to the park right before sunset and have a picnic lying on the ground. after watching the sunset and eating, look at the stars and talk, bring an extra blanket incase someone gets "cold". usually the girl will be cold first and when she covers up suddenly "realize" that you are too. Its nice and coforting and very romantic. possibly even bring a few candles.

anything that involves intimacy. Anything that makes her feel special. It depends on her personality. Is she shy or is she outgoing. You need to really base it on what type of person she is then youll know wether to make it an exclusive thing for just you two, or a thing that other people will see, like you singing her a love song in a karoke bar only to go home to roses and candles and dessert. Just treat her like the queen she is.
