Is it normal to be normal? Many people think they have loved or are in love when they are not really. When you are in love, you know. It may take somebody until the age of 41 to be in true love for the 1st time.

First off, love is never "normal" so anything is possible!
Who knows, he may have never felt this good, this warm or this loved before, so yes!
You could ask him the hows and whys, or just go with the flow!

Although I had been in love before,I finally fell in "true love" at 40 with a woman I met thru Match.com...we are now married and very very happy(most of the time)

I think you are more normal than you will ever no.
I met two men that was never married and had no kids...
They were in their late 40's.. they both said they never found the one.. never fell in love.
