Just be nice, talk for a while, if u can walk her home
Make her feel spacial, u should also have some details some flowers or romantic surprises every once in a while will work

Don't do anything that doesn't feel right to you. I know this sounds cliche but please just be yourself. It becomes VERY obvious when a guy is acting just to try and get the girl. If she doesn't like you for who you are than don't even bother. I really don 't know why guys try so hard to chase something that keeps running. Let her know you are interested by starting up casual conversation. Smile at her like you can't wait to have her...because you can't! :) But don't come on too strong. She will DEFINATELY read the signs of the smile. It might take her going home and thinking about you before you know if she's interested, but DON"T rush the situation. The longer it takes for her to come to you, the better off you are. But don't play hard to get, the dumbest thing a guy can do is act cocky...NO CHICK wants a cocky retard. Try having a conversation with her ... you may discover your "fly girl" is a bimbo and you're not actually interested in asking her out at all. Or, you'll come across as being a decent guy, instead of a jock who only wants to get laid, and then you can ask her out with a higher possibility of her saying yes. :-)

okay first of all try to become her friend and get close to her...so she can trust you.
then tell her that you think she's pretty or beautiful, not hott.
be there for her and listen, make sure she knows you care about her.
then when the time is right, most likely you will know, tell her how you feel and if she feels the same way then good for you, but if not don't get caught up in it and move on.

I say just go up to her and ask her name. Then introduce yourself. Don't try to be slick...a lot of girls find it annoying. Then try to strike up a conversation. If she thinks you're cute and is possibly interested, she will respond. If not, then don't bother asking her out because she is already saying no. Simple and straightforward is the key!
