Lazy Eye: I Cannot see well with my left eye. I only need glasses to read.

Will that disqualify me from being an Aircraft Mechanic in the AF?

The surgeon General of the Air Force would be the final authority on that. You would go to MEPS and get the physical, and the doctor there will most likely disqualify you for the eye. Your file would then be forwarded to the Surgeon General for further review. An eye refrac test will probably be needed as well.

Check with an Air Force recruiter.

You will be alright for a mechanic job, just don't expect to land a pilot or navigator slot.

You could but if you screw up or somebody else screws up you would be taking the blame ! They all blame the guy with the problem ! Pilots you would be denied ! Guaranteed !
