I suggest you got to the dentist cuz you can get an infection that'll go to your brain and if you don't want to go to the dentist cuz you are at home hitting the pipe or banging meth, it's time to stop. I know I didn't go to the dentist and spent $$ on Ambesol and all that crap so I wouldn't have to leave my basement and my pipe. I am lucky I lived to clean up. I hope you are just afraid of the dentist, but everyone I know that used had toothaches and wouldn't go to the dentist and half of them have NO teeth now. I was lucky. But dope or no, get to the dentist before you get really, really sick. God Bless.

You can use Anbesol or Oragel but it is only temporary. If you let it go too far it will abcess and then you will be in serious trouble. Go to the dentist. It's either now or later when it will be even worse.

Chance is your tooth or gum has an infection. While there are very strong prescription painkillers that will work, my dentist always prescribed antibiotics to kill the infection several days before surgery. If the infection is still fully active during surgery the experience will be very unpleasant, even with injections.

Never ever chew an aspirin. It will eat the enamel off of your teeth.

Ambosel (sp) works great for a toothache.
