The Ozzy fan either had no idea what he was talking about or told you a lie. According to Wikipedia,
"Aleister Crowley, born Edward Alexander Crowley (12 October 1875 – 1 December 1947) was an occultist, Freemason, prolific writer, mystic, hedonist, and sexual revolutionary.[1]

Other interests and accomplishments were wide-ranging—he was a chess master, mountain climber, poet, painter, astrologer, drug experimenter, and social critic. He is perhaps best known today for his occult writings, especially The Book of the Law, the central sacred text of Thelema. Crowley was also an influential member in several occult organizations, including the Golden Dawn, the A∴A∴, and Ordo Templi Orientis.[2]

Crowley gained much notoriety during his lifetime, and was famously dubbed "The Wickedest Man In the World."

This guy was into some crazy stuff; he's worth looking into. Your friend probably assumed Mr. Crowley was Ozzy's father because of the song. In that song is the lyric, "Mr. Crowley, can you talk with the dead?" Something relating to his mystic and magical exploits. Check out more at Wikipedia. Good luck and I hope this helps.

Aleister Crowley died in December of 1947. Ozzy was born in December of 1948. So unless Ozzy's mom had a helluva pregnancy, the answer is "No".

Ozzy did, however, do a song called "Mr. Crowley".
