Try the no-flower, no-sugar diet. Just cut out any food with any kind of flower or sugar listed in the ingredients, including corn syrup. It's much healthier than the Atkins Diet, and if you're really craving carbs, just eat rice or oatmeal. Sugar substitutes are also fine. The diet works quickly, and it's very possible to keep the weight off. When you've reached your goal, just slowly add breads and sugar back in, and keep exercising.

Check out the South Beach Diet Cookbook! It is basically what they use at Curves as well and if you can also get the South Beach Diet book (from library at same time or buy.) They are both very informative and helpful. I like the crabmeat on mushrooms recipe. No Carbs, which is what you are supposed to stay away from. However, if you are breast-feeding...I lost mine in 3 months by just having eggs, yogurt, veggies and fruit......since I didn't want to harm my baby in any way and he drank all of it out of me. I was like a SKELETON!!! I even joked with a nutritionist friend I know about breast-feeding as a form a weight loss. Just keep pumping once the baby is done and lose weight. We joked about starting this whole weight loss idea. It is true though.....I breastfed for 12 months, then 8 months and then 2 months for my kids and the weight loss was TREMENDOUS!!!! Think about it, you eat for yourself and eat healthy. Your kid drinks it all out of you and you just get skinny in the process. Draining (pumping) the milk would do the same thing. I lost 20 pounds withing 3 months of breastfeeding my two oldest children. Nobody will have the time to do it, or it would be a new weight loss no-no like anorexia or bulimia!

Try balancing your meals. You should eat vegetables (60%) with either meat (40%) or carbohydrates (40%) - but not both at the same time e.g. salad + steak/chicken/pork. Do not consume meat + carbo combinations (eg. potato + chicken + bread + ribs) because your stomach gets stressed trying to digest both carbo + meat at the same time. The veggies will help by providing natural fibres & fill you up. This recipe should help you reduce weight gradually & naturally.

Stop snacking at night after dinner - especially when watching TV - and try to eat dinner early at about 6pm. When you start feeling hungry - take a sip of water and go to bed. Limit your soft drinks intake to one can a day as it contains too much sugar.

try some of those diet pills they reduce your appetite and increase your metoblism, while decreading your fat intake, and increasing your exercise regime. Ride a bike for 2 hours 4 times a week and you will be losing weight very quickly, also keep your meals to 300 calories or less, sounds tough but you can handle it. Also think about how much you miss sex and how much sex you will have if you lose weight. Hey i'll tell you what if you get down to 140 in less than 6 months, im me and i'll show you my pic if you like i will wine and dine you and give you good sex how does that sound.

Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

I recommend finding a sport you like, and stick with it, train for it and the rest will take care of itself. Note that it has to be a pyshical activity. Also maybe cutting back portions of food if at all possible, start small and get to a point where you are happy with yourself.
