I am not sure if we are accountable for them. On the one hand, we have absolutely no control of them, and therefore it's hard to understand how we could be. On the other hand, I believe dreams are a manifestation of our thought lives. for example, I read story of a man who used to have very sinful dreams, but as he grew in Christ, those dreams slowly stopped. Another friend often has incredible dreams where it seems he's in the Bible stories and they become so real to him.
overall, I would say that they're not truly sin, but I believe that they show what's in our hearts. how's that?

No, dreams are thoughts that we have no free-will control over. Sin is deliberate. There is no biblical account of anything that was ever dreamed being a sin. Dreams are often expressions of our unconscious desires, but God gives us a conscious mind to balance out those desires with common sense.

No a dream has a message
Or it could have been a past life experience
The soul does not forget what you have done
But it can send you a message in a dream so you don't do it again.
I had a past life meditation where I had no face
What it meant was in a past life I was seen and not heard
In this life I want to be heard and not seen.
So it was a message for me.

There is no such thing as "sin". Everything is perception. You will not be "accountable" for anything. Your only purpose in this life is to choose who you are and who you want to be. Don't worry about atonement, you're already right where God wants you to be.

If so, I am accountable for a lot of whacky stuff (for example, violence towards others while inside one of those big hamster-ball things from American Gladiators).
Dreams are involuntary, and they are not real, so I don't think they count.

Ask Edna Bambrick. She's an expert on sin.

Hell, I hope you are not really serious. Are you going to live in fear of a deity for what you subconscious does? Sad.
