I live in the U.S.A. and I have tried to like Veggemite, but I just can't. It is so gross! What do all you Veggemite likers do to make you like it so much?

I think they actually shave off their taste buds before each vegemite eating session.
Give that a try and see how you go.

The only people I've ever heard of who like Vegemite is Men At Work!!
That stuff is NASTY. It's like tar.
Now Nutella on the other hand, is absolutely DELICIOUS on toast!

I think it's an acquired taste! I'm in the UK and have always eaten vegemite and marmite, I love it!
My husband's American and never tried it before he met me, he likes it too though so who knows! Different strokes for different folks!

what do you mean what is the deal with veggemite?!?!? what is the deal with oreos? they get stuck in your teeth and taste weird!! vegemite is sooo good on toast with butter...mmm yummy. i like the taste, i spose when you grow up having it for breakfast and for lunch you become a happy little vegemite who likes the taste!

the reason u guys and girls think it tastes nastyis because its made up of a yeast extract and you werent bought up on it and to tell u the truth u dont know wat ur missing out on its great stuff even my 8 month old niece loves it
