If she is your sister, you can gently show her some pictures of before and after.
If she is unrelated to you, but a close friend, when and if the subject comes up, talk about something else.
If you work with her...stay out of it. The situation will resolve itself.
Some things are better left unsaid by you. Remember, she will will think back on how you handle this, once the situation is over.

Don't tell her that you hate it, as this may hurt her feelings.
Just say that you liked it the way that it was better than you like it now. Tell her that you'll adjust. That's a pretty clear hint.
With my own fascination of hair dye, trust me, I've heard it before.

The advice you've already read goes ditto for me. Just mention that you think her new look is fine, but you prefer her previous look. It will likely not cause hurt feelings.

The truth, tell her what you think. Explain why it looks bad and that seh still looks good, it's just the way the hair looks.

just be honest
if she asks if you like it
tell her what you think
but dont be rude about it
just say "well i really liked it the way it was before"
she'll get the hint and change it back...unless she likes it
and if she likes it
and you care about her
isn't that all that matters?

if she asks your opinion, then you should be honest, but not hurtful. say nothing if you haven't been asked by her. and unless you are really only gossiping, you will find out when she finds out! depends on what your relationship is w/her, as well.
