the main reason that a person becomes jealous is because they are insecure about themselves and that makes them insecure about the relationships that they are in and therefore they have very little trust because of their insecurities. I mean some people may feel that they are good enough for the one that they are with and that person can do so much better and will even if that person only wants to be with the jealous one.

Jealousy is some kind of an insecurity that the person has somewhere deep inside of them. maybe hurt by someone once before. Maybe a person does not think their pretty enough. I could be a number of insicurities

People always want to have what they have... and they want to have it for sure!
Other reasons I never had for jealousy than that. I was looking for proofs of love and affection, proofs of devotion, proofs of commitment. When they were not coming, I became jealous.
And, most of the time, I had a true reason to!!!
If not, it was fun to discover that my fears were unfounded, after all.
For me, jealousy means: "Hey, Darling, don't take me for a softy fool, okay? Why were you looking that way, and not this way... do you want me to kick her a.. or something? Wanna see a mudfight, maybe? I bet you'd love it!"

People can feel jealousy if they are threatened or worried that something important will be taken from them. They can be jealous if they feel that they are more deserving than someone else who is doing better than they are.
