It depends on what you mean by thinking clearly? How we think about things determines whether or not our thinking is clear. That varies from country to country. So what may not seem like clear thinking to an American in the U.S., and may not be clear thinking in that the consequences are negative to the Mexican person doing the thinking, might be very clear thinking in his own country and have nothing but 'good' results.
If a Mexican comes to this country with little English or little education then his thinking is going to put him at a disadvantage in trying to make a decent and lawful life for himself.
But most certainly he wouldn't do it unless he thought he had more to gain by coming here than by remaining in Mexico.
Whether he is right about this or wrong may be the detrmining factor in our mind as to whether he can think clearly or not.

I'm not a Mexican. I am an American and white, and being you are an American as well do you think being an American makes it hard to think clearly?
In my case I am thinking very clearly but in your case it seems to me that you have a problem with the clearly part. What makes you think that just because they are from somewhere else they are stupid?
I bet you can't speak spanish? Most Mexicans can speak english and spanish.
hummm.. To me you sound like just another dumb American. The kind that gives the rest of us a bad name,
Grow up.

Actually, if you are speaking of Hispanic people, I fine them to be very intelligent. However if you are speaking of actual Mexican people, I will tell you that there are a lot of Mexican people who are uneducated, because that is how there country works. What exactly you mean by "Thinking Clearly, I don't know.

No, but clearly by reading your question i can see that you might suffer from some form of mental disability, and it also clearly shows how you feel inferior to Mexicans... what a pity...

No I don't. Maybe you feel that way because some Mexicans aren't as proficient in english as you are, so they have to work harder to communicate.

Tell me you did NOT just say that.
(shakes head and sighs)
Lacking the ability to bring you before a council of true conservatives who can sit in official judgment over you, I hereby banish you from conservatism. You have betrayed, brought shame to and undermined our cause, therefore you have forfeited any claim to that title.

I don't know? Does being an American make you a redneck ignoramus? Judging by your question I guess so.
