No it doesn't. I've been brushing my hair for 10 years hoping for something, but it grows at the same slow rate it always did. The only thing I've found that really makes hair grow faster, thicker and stronger is pre-natal vitamins. There's nothing in there that could hurt you if you take one a day, but they do wonders for both the hair and nails.

No, brushing your hair will only pull it out. Try massaging the scalp if you want stimulation.

yes but only to a certain extent.
obviously any scalp stimulation is great,
but you also don't want to brush your hair too much
because it breaks the hair folicle.
If you're brushing your hair like marshas brady,
you know you've got to tone it down a bit! :)

Um.... do not take prenatal vitamins if you are not pregnant, they may not hurt you but no non-pregnant person needs that much extra iron. Try a multi vitamin or even a B-vitamin complex. They make some that have a combination that is made for helping hair grow. Much safer!

Use a brush with bigger rounder tips so it wouldnt hurt your scalp. I tried doing this and my hair is now reaching my thighs.
