ive looked everywhere but it seems that no one sells it
is it a european-only shampoo or something?

According to Nivea's website, hair care products aren't marketed in the US or Canada. They also don't show it available in the UK. So I'm not sure what to tell you. Maybe it's a product they're discontinuing for competitive reasons. But if you're looking for a good substitute, I might suggest Dove's hair care line. The quality is excellent and so are the results. It's a product that's very widely distributed in the NY area and you won't have difficulty finding it elsewhere in the country, either.

I know you can buy Nivea products in the US not sure about the shampoo never seen it.
I found a website you can buy it online!!!!!!!!!!!
