My assistant mngr is saying quite a few up front sexual remarks.. I know he likes me but I am getting a little creeped out. I do have a serious relationship with someone at this point. Do I tell him?

Just bang him, and don't tell anybody! It doesn't have to interfere with your relationship. Sex can be just for fun!

First of all that's sexual harassment and you don't have to take it. It's not cool for your superior to hit on you like that. Personally I'd tell the manager. Tell him that the Asst. Mngr's comments make you uncomfortable and makes for an unpleasant work enviroment. He's going to have to either warn him or fire him depending on your company's policy on harassment.
Do not allow this creep to creep you out not one day longer love. Because if you do it's only going to get worse because he'll think he can get away with it and might even be doing it to someone else there.
His behaivior is totally inapropreate for the work place. Tell your boss and if you feel like he/she is'nt taking you seriously call the District Manager and that person will take care of it.
You have the right to be able to go to work and not feel uncomfortable because some guy is hitting you. The sexual harassment laws are there to protect you love. Use them. Best of luck to you and don't work another day until you tell your boss.

Tell him to refrain from saying anything to you that he would not say to his mother.

This is inappropriate for the work environment. Anything not related to work should be off limits. Make sure he knows that and let him know that you are writing down that you discussed this with him.

Good luck.
