Alright.
My problem is as follows.
My boyfriend is one of most amazing guys I have ever known. Yet, His best friend falls under the same title. I smile at the girly thoughts that involve him and not my boyfriend. I am well aware there is a problem. I just need a little help. I love my boyfriend to death but...The thoughts of his best friend are not "typicaly correct"... any answers?

Its okay to have impure thoughts involving others as long as you know the line. That can keep your love life exciting but be sure that you know when and what is spicy and what could hurt. Believe me, men think about other women all the time but as long
as everyone knows where the line is then its not going to hurt. Don't talk about your fantasies with your man or he might not understand and this should be private just like his fantasies are probably not what you want to hear about if they involve other women. Besides this is his friend and might feel betrayed. So enjoy just enjoy silently.

A very similar thing happened to me. In the end I caused a lot of pain for all of us. The problem was that the three of us were really close, as I'm sure you three are. No matter what, those little thoughts are not worth the pain it would surely cause the whole lot. Think of the consequences before you act, I didn't and I'm still feeling the guilt of the situation.

Find something that you dont like about this dude. Your bf will likely not get rid of his best friend or stop wanting to hang out with him. Under NO circumstances are you to tell your bf how you feel. It will only undermine your relationship and since you have never acted on it, its of no consequence.
You are going to have to realize that this is just a crush. Crushes are fine to have, just DO NOT act on it!!!
If you must, fantasize about him at times, thats harmless. Just do not do it while you're with your bf. Try not to get to fixated on this guy. He doesnt love you and you dont love him. Good Luck!!

It actually sounds pretty normal. As long as you don't do anything that will hurt someone, you will at least have a clean conscious. Just sort everything out before you get too serious.
