Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

First of all, you are beautiful already.

Second of all, you don't need a gym to get exercise! All you need to do is START MOVING. Go for more walks, take the stairs instead of the elevator, get off the bus a few stops early and walk the rest of the way, etc. You can also get exercise videotapes for FREE from your local public library, and it can be really fun to go pick out a few and play around with them.

As for portion sizes, one thing that can really help is measuring your food before you eat it. You may think a plate of pasta looks roughly like a single serving, when in reality, you may have two cups of pasta there instead of one. Some people find it very helpful to write down everything they eat in a single day and then review that listing each evening to identify some trouble foods or times of day, etc. Then the next day, see if you can get through the day without eating that food again, or eating for the same negative reasons again.

Take it slow -- one day at a time. Trying to make too many changes right away will only make the whole thing seem too hard to keep up later.

Weight Watchers is a really great program that could also help you. They even have a version of their program that is all on-line, so you don't need to drive to meetings. I think that version costs about $15/month. You enter what you eat and how much exercise you get each day into the computer, and it tracks it all for you and helps you learn how to cut back on portions. This program is one of the most effective ones out there simply because it teaches you lifestyle changes, not diet methods.

Good luck and just keep trying! If you blow it one day, don't beat yourself up -- just shake it off and try again fresh the next morning. You can do it -- you just have to really really want to!

Eating smaller amounts will make you miserable. Just eat different foods as much as you want. Learn the food that makes most Americans fat. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Plus click on "Pure Water" to make sure the water you drink doesn't hurt you. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat. Tell me if you can see this one food being the fat maker.

I would recommend that you start walking and drinking plenty of water. Try to eliminate the snacking throughout the day and stick to your three meals. When you do eat, don't eat til you feel like you might explode, but eat until you are satisfied. As far as the makeup is concerned, it may change your exterior appearance, but you will attract more people if you're happy with your existence. Being happy with life goes a lot further than simply looking pretty.

try tae-bo. you could just buy a cd instructional video, and use it at home. my aunt tried it and she lost weight. and no matter how big she ate, she didn't gain a pound. of course, the real results would be seen maybe after 3 or four months, but it is worth waiting for if you want to lose weight and be slim for a long period of time.

the thing with tae bo is that when you do it, the body burns the fat. and even after you stop exercising, the energy is still with you and it continues to burn more. you will find that you do not get tired easily and feel sleepy all the time.

well, good luck on your getting fit thing. :)

I'm basically in the same place that you are, but I'm 5'7 and I won't be 18 until next week...I'm looking into this apple cider vinegar diet, but I have started walking and doing crunches...I'm kind of sore, but I'm a newbie to this. Whenever I get hungry after a meal, I drink water or find something else to distract me. I'm not so sure about the make-up, because I don't wear that. Don't try to do too much to be noticeable...worry about yourself first...guys will always be around. You can email me and we can try this weight loss thing together...I think a buddy can bring motivation..

fight the urge to eat so dang much woman...the fact is..your Fat..and atleast you admit it...thats the first step in losing alot of weight...secondly if you cant control your urges...get someone you trust to help you lose weight...perferably someone skinny and healthy.... in helping i mean choosing what you should eat..how much you should eat... and if you cant do that..just try to eat spicy foods like mexican, Hot wings, Chilli with alot of hot sauce and other things in it, and drink milk instead of sodas and also drink water too... no flavored water...and walk a mile a day...and once it becomes easy to do that..walk 2 miles a day :) and just increase that up till when you can even run 2 miles a day :)

be yourself and cut down your portions gradually. like if you have like 5 cookies a day (which i do haha) cut it down to like 4 every 3 days or so until you get to like 1 a day or something. you don't need to go to the gym to get a good work out. just walk around the block or walk to your local grocery store and back. just have fun with it and be yourself

The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:

*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity minus the Thermic Effect of Food (TEF). A website that explains this formula in more detail and will help you determine how many calories you need to reach or maintain a certain weight is at http://www.primusweb.com/fitnesspartner/library/weight/calsburned.htm

Get a diet and fitness calculator that you can put on your computer or cell phone. This will allow you to easily calculate the above formula, set goals, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.

Set realistic goals for your ideal body weight. Here are two websites that will calculate a suggested body weight:
Adults: http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.htm
Teens/Children: http://www.kidshealth.org/kid/exercise/weight/bmi.html

It is difficult and unhealthy to lose more than one or two pounds per week. There are 3,500 calories in a pound. If you eat 500 fewer calories per day for a week you will lose one pound. If you burn through exercise 500 more calories per day for a week you will lose one pound.

*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.

Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as potatoes) and drink lots of water. Read this article for more information on high GL Carbs:
http://www.hsph.harvard.edu/nutritionsource/carbohydrates.html

Do not try fad diets or diet pills. Here is an excellent food pyramid that anyone can follow: http://www.rayandterry.com/html/images/PyramidLRG.gif?osCsid=26a424be471d1337e7c2f105d5c64d9d

*3) Exercise on most days by doing cardiovascular training and/or resistance training activities.

Read a book or find a certified trainer to make sure your doing all resistance training exercises correctly. A great book to buy that teaches you the resistance training basics is “Weight Training for Dummies”. A superb magazine to buy with resistance training routines that will not get you bored is "Muscle and Fitness". Signup for the free newsletter. An excellent free online resource is at http://www.exrx.net/

A good book to buy that teaches you the cardiovascular training basics is “Fitness for Dummies”.

*4) Get plenty of sleep. Sleep experts say most adults need between seven and nine hours of sleep each night for optimum performance, health, and safety.

*5) Educate yourself continually on health issues and make a life long commitment to good health. A great free publication is “Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2005”. A superb book to read is “You The Owner’s Manual”. An excellent periodic publication is the “Nutrition Action Health Letter”. A reputable test you can take to measure your biological age is at http://realage.com

Look at all areas where you can enhance your health. For example, make improvements in the quality of the air you breathe. Review outdoor air quality forecasts where you live and get an indoor air purifier. Send me an email or yahoo instant message to "gainbetterhealth" if you want an indoor air purifier recommendation and if you have any questions.
