This might so corny but a woman who is pleasant to be around and compassionate. In the age of where being a bi**h is in vogue it's pleasantly surprising to find a woman who is kind,compassionate and nurturing. It's the best feeling in the world when a man finds a woman who quite simply rules and is so cool. The bi**ches are dime a dozen but a smart guy will give up 3 of them to have one Kind woman.

A person who is truley themselves and not acting some way just to get attention or becuase they are around their friends.
A girl that can hold a conversation about more than just clothes, makeup and the latest gossip.
Can throw on a ball cap, sweats and tshirt, run out the door and look just as good as if she spent half an day preparing.
Self confidence, dont need to be reassured about her looks or the relationship every day.

Intelligence is most important. A girl who can't speak in complete sentences is a big turn off.
If a girl looks good and is smart... that's a hot girl for me.
And the hottest girls are those that are into something, anything (a particular type of music, subject or hobby) and know everything about it. Then you have a good looking, intelligent, real person.

Someone who doesn't take life to seriously and has a good sense of humor, but remember most of the time you see a person before you talk to them. A person might be OK looking at first but get to know them and some how they get better looking if they have a good sense of humor.

Assertiveness, but don't go overboard as it can also be a turn off. Being cold and acting as though you don't like him is good too, but don't take that too far either. Humour is always good. A high sex drive works well. Mix it up.
