I don't know what bodies of water are dirty or clean anymore. Probably everything is polluted.

Go to your local fish market and see what's fresh! I go to one in the Boston area, where they buy fish that was freshly caught in the morning on the Atlantic. Again, probably polluted like everything else, but the fish tastes fresh.

You can get farm-raised fish from any market.

Wild fish, such as salmon, has a much better flavor than farm raised or wild caught fish.
