Went to tan, and, well... I cooked my chest. It was red and blistered and peeling. Now brown spots are showing up and I don't know what to do. Please help.

Stay out of the sun. If they don't go away or get bigger you should get them checked.

Sounds like you got a pretty bad burn. Only a doctor can tell you about the brown spots but I have quite a few from exposure over the years. None at the time of exposure but they get you later in life.

I would go to the doctor because when I was young I did just what you did. But no brown spots in that area, even today and that is years later. Check it out.

they should fade eventually, but you can try lemon juice or a skin lightener (found with the facial moisturizers). If the damage is severe, see a dermatologist. There are several creams that they can prescribe...and stay out of the sun.

If it's completely healed, try cocoa butter or mederma, they could be scars from the blisters.

Just let your skin heal over time. It's all ready taking it's course on healing. That's why the skin is pealing off.
