My dad worked with a guy who drank at least that much pop every day, if not more, for years.
To make a long story short, he ended up in the hospital to get surgery on his stomach because of all the pop he drank. (I'm not sure if it was diet or not but I don't think it really matters in this case.) The carbonation or something was too much for him to handle, so I would say there is a good chance something may happen to you. Cut back and drink lemonade or something.
(Oh, and good choice of pop, by the way. Much better than diet pepsi!!)

I used to drink about 4 liters of diet coke a day, it was my water, I had to have it first thing in the morning. I prefer fountain pop, and still have a hard time taking it easy if I get some. I believe entirely that it was 1) addicting. 2) the acid softened my tooth enamel and I've been getting lots of fillings this past year 3)I've gained weight, which seems impossible, but I guess it lowers your blood sugar level which causes food cravings 4) do some searches on side effects of nutrasweet and its kind of scary and 5) I had chronic kidney pain and urinary tract infections and now I dont. Lay off the stuff, it took me about 10 years to realize all the artificial ingredients were making me feel like crap.

When you drink 4-5 Cokes, that's 4-5 less glasses of water that you are drinking. You are slowly dehydrating your body.

Burning stomach and acid reflux. The craving for more. Been there done that. I enjoyed Diet Coke for quite awhile, until I found out that my stomach couldn't handle all the acid. Just remember, everything in moderation.

no longer something incorrect with ingesting a small glass of weight relief software coke on a daily foundation. merely stability your fluid intake with clean water, fruit juices and different non-sugary drinks. Your body needs 2 litres of fluids in line with day regularly, so as long as you save your self hydrated, workout reasonably and eat a balanced weight relief software, you'll shed some pounds and save it off. by the way, severe intake of weight relief software delicate drinks can make human beings very sick and has a laxative result because of the guy made sweeteners used (eg sorbitol).

that much caffeine is really bad for you. plus..if you want a coke...have a normal one..diet coke is even worse for you because it's filled with more chemicals. i would cut down to at least 2 a day.

I heard that coke is worse for you than pepsi. You can pour a can of coke in the toilet and leave it there over night and it cleans it.So imagine what it does to your stomach.

Calories or no, you will, at the very least, stain your teeth, and quite possibly get cavities as well.
