Hes quoting a joke from the comedy central show Mind of Mencia. Which is kinda funny because Carlos tends to make jokes about people on both sides of this issue. In fact on one show he made a joke about how stupid it was for Mexicans to fly the Mexican flag . It didnt go over too good with his audience but i had a good laugh and he was right!! duh da duh

Neither Issue Has Anything To Do With The Other

UNLESS You Consider

Deporting 20 Million ILLEGAL Aliens
Will Drop The Demand For Fuel
Therefore Causing A Reduction In The Price Of Fuel

BTW....
The HIGH COST OF OIL Is A Media Spin
The Reason The Price Of Fuel Oil Per Barrel Is So High
Is Because The VALUE Of The AMERICAN DOLLAR
Is Going Down On The World Market

Well, actually the taxes on gas are high and that is one of the many reasons why we pay $3 a gallon for oil. Also, the price of gas has not risen with inflation as other consumer products have.
By the way, I HATE to carpool.

I don't know about 'illegals getting deported' or what that has to do with anything, but it's obvious why we're paying north of $3 for gas: Americans have no discipline; next time you're on the inerstate take a look at all the gas-guzzling SUV's shooting down the lane giving no thought to anything other than themselves and certainly not to the notion that their hedonistic ways are causing American soldiers to be in harm's path in the political tinderbox that is the Middle East. This once proud nation is headed for the dustbin of history and noone did it to us but ourselves. We must all bear deep shame!!!!!

Illegals have nothing to do with the price of gas. Carpooling is a cost effective measure for the individual consumer; it has no effect on the price of a gallon of gas. You did part of your homework; finish it.

We're paying $3 a gallon for gas because the American Govt, OPEC and Big Oil are using the same economic theory as answ3r3r and the other pro Illegals. heheh

I think demand for gas would actually decrease if there were less vatos spending all night cruising in their lowriders.

We do need more public transportation and carpooling but gas is going up cuz we are getting robbed by the oil companies.

You may have a point in there somewhere. Around here, many of the Hispanics ride bikes to save money (they are very frugal and very hard-working, most of them). The Anglos don't seem to have figured that out yet, about saving on gas by not using it. Makes ya wonder....

I think it's two things.Less carpooling by Mexicans and more greed by politicians and oil companies.
