dont know what to cook for tea (dinner) tomorrow but would like to try something really different. What is your fav recipe (please include details on how to cook it- I am merely a woman!) and why? Thanks in advance

OK....
grab a couple of skinless, boneless chicken breasts and put them in a baking dish...
Mix a can of Cream of soup (cream of mushroom, cream of cauliflower...any kind you like) with 1 cup of sour cream and put this mixture over the breasts....
Finally take a box of Stuffing Mix (the kind for chicken or turkey) and put it in a bowl.... pour 1 2/3 cups water over it and let it soak for 10 minutes and then sprinkle the stuffing over the chicken and sour cream mixture so you have 3 "layers"
Put it in a 350 degree oven for about 30-40 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink...
It is a great meal,,,, turns out like chicken with a cream sauce and stuffing and the chicken is always really juicy...

A POUND of ground beef
Add to it one onion
add to it one green pepper
Open a can of baked beans ( any make) but rinse off the tomato sauce using a strainer so all U have is the beans. Add same to above
Then add 2 cans of condensed tomato soup
Get it hot on stove - it's done - EAT IT

finely chop an onion and half a green chili de-seeded some grated ginger and some cashew nuts chicken breast gently fry with butter add a can of coconut milk salt pepper some turmeric a bit of curry powder taste the heat as you want it add a bit of chili powder if you want serve with plain basmati rice yum my own recipe

try cucumber sandwiches sour cream roasted red peppers, salt , pepper, dash of dill and cut the bread into fourths or six's.
turkey devonshires in this order English muffin 1/2, place slice on tomato on top of muffin then place cooked turkey 3 oz. stack it nice. (warm deli turkey meat will work) place 3 slices of cooked bacon on the top of the turkey.pour cheese sauce on top. garnish with asparagus tips cut half and there you go there are two by-by

in this weather an nice medim rare rump steak a few onion rings with a good crisp side salad and a nice light medium sweet white wine ice cold simple succulent tasty well thts my fave anyway
