well, it realy kinda depends on how far along you are. When I was pregnant, I got sick the night before, and then got some terrible back aches. Little did I know, I was in labor. I had never heard of back labor. I would call your doc just to get their opinion, but if you really are in labor, your water should break within the next 6-8 hours, and then you need to get to the hospital. You will know when your water breaks. I thought that mine had a couple of times, but when it finally did, well, you'll just know it. It's alot. This could just be false labor brought on by stress though. I would call your doc just to be on the safe side. Good Luck.

In response to one of the other answers, do NOT take a spa bath. Most OB's will highly discourage that. Depending on how far along you are, it could be the beginnings of labor, but to be safe, the best thing to do is to go to the Emergency Room ASAP. There is no sense in risking your health or the health of your baby.

This could also be caused by the stress of getting married in just two week. you need to slow down take a deep breath and relax. Take sometime for your self and for that unborn baby.

It could be nothing, but you must see a doctor asap to make sure your baby is okay. I had terribly sharp pains early on and my baby was okay, but weeks later I had more dull aching and my baby had died. Only your doctor can tell you what's going on. Good luck!

Call your OB or go straight to the hospital and get checked out. Don't ask people for medical advice here. It's not a good idea.

if you're getting married shortly, probably you're stressed, and so is the baby. Try to relax - have a massage or a spa bath, and congratulations on both your marriage and your pregnancy!!

Call the doctor. You are either in labor, having a gall bladder attack, or too stressed out!

It could just be a pulled ligament. How far along are you? Call your doctor right away anyway.
