a 4 week old should still be on a every 2 to 3 hour feeding. Depending on what she generally consumes......3 to 4 oz
If she is a small baby she may only take 2 oz every 3 hours.
Reason being their tummy is so small so constant feeding will be necessary for a few months. As she is able to drink 5 or 6 oz she may go to every 4 hours. Otherwise if she is waking up she is still hungry, wet or needs to be burped.
SHE will stop drinking when she has enough!

Your baby should let you know when she's done. My son would purse his lips or turn his head. Or just fall asleep. I don't think you can over feed. You'll get the hang of it. If your breast feeding, you will only get in what baby needs or has been drinking. Bottle can vary.

My kids are 11 and 13, so I can't remember exactly how much they ate at that age. All kids are different, though. My advice would be let her eat until she stops. She'll let you know when she's full.

It's something like one bottle every three to four hours. I'm not exactly sure because we always fed until he shut up or until he stopped sucking.

Ask your doctor. For newborns it is every few hours...or even a little every hour.

you need to talk to your pediatrician... babies need to eat, that's how they grow... as for what amount, that depends on the baby...
but I think that you would greatly benefit from professional assistance.
