In word hit F1 (help) and type in what you are trying to do. It can tell you how to do almost everything, but if you are looking for a how to/instructional/tutorial manual your best bet is to look at amazon, borders, or barnes and noble.

try ebay.com I did a search, found a few manuals, and found dozens of the complete software an manuals going for about 5.00 plus 15.00 shipping
