g is 'gravity'

2 g's is like twice as strong as gravity (that you are pushed back into the seat)

Depending on how you're harnessed and such, you can handle quite a few G's.

Drag racers do something like 6 or 7 G's, I believe.

The space shuttle does something like 12 g's...

but I could be off.

If you experience 2 "g"s on the roller coaster or in a plane, you are experiencing something like twice the gravitational force the earth normally exerts on your body.

If you are lucky enough to experience 0 g's or zero gravity, you're floating like an astronaut, Baby!

as the coaster accelerates you or manuvers through turns and loops it exerts force on you. these forces are felt in your butt as they push you down in the seat or pull you out.

a G is a measure of this force, one G is equal to the force exerted by normal gravity on earth, two Gs is double that, three Gs is three times the force of normal gravity.

the forces pushing you back, It depends on your physical strenght and stamina, a pilot should be able to with stand 6 or 7 G's but a regular person could pass out at 4 or 5 G's

G forces are the force of gravity. 4 G's would be four times the force of the Earth's gravity.

a g force is the gravitational pull of the earth. when driving in a car it is about 1 g force. a rollercoaster can be upwards of 4. fighter pilots expierence upwards of 9 g's. too much after that and you will die.

When I was young I sat in the front and had great rides. Now I am headed maybe more toward the middle, but my eyes are still open, and by the time I am a senior I may just sit in the back and just enjoy watching everyone else have the time of their life.
