You don't use bleach. They call whitening your teeth, not bleaching them. Good grief. Do you want to be poisoned? Get some GoSmile.

Actually, it's peroxide but in a very minimal dosage. Stick to the over-the-counter products. You could poison yourself.....badly!
The strips do work!

carbamide peroxide 15%-it isn't available to the general public-you either need a prescription or it must be dispensed by a physician or dentist

It is not really bleach. It is actually hydrogen peroxide.

you don't use bleach or you'll die. I use crest whitestrips. Work wonders.
