ICE. Only if you want it really, really spikey, and you want it to stay that way for days. Otherwise, and strong hold gel will do. ICE can be pasty and make your hair look less shiny.

I have a gel that is called "Weld It". It is very good and gets your hair very stiff [hence the name] and you could mold it however you want. That might work for you. It works for me.
