ICE. Only if you want it really, really spikey, and you want it to stay that way for days. Otherwise, and strong hold gel will do. ICE can be pasty and make your hair look less shiny.

I would say the best stuff out there is a yellow bottle called GOT TO BE GLUE will hold in any weather!

I have a gel that is called "Weld It". It is very good and gets your hair very stiff [hence the name] and you could mold it however you want. That might work for you. It works for me.

use this stuff called ice it is a hair putty and it will make your hair stand up really well.
