What can I do for my fine, limp hair?

Besides a perm or body wave, what could i have done in a salon that will make my hair just more full and with more body?

I have read recently that fine hair looks best short and you could also try pantene hair thikening shampoo and conditioner

nothing. I have the same hair. Well, you could always wear it short, that's the only other option. Sucks don't it?

get someone to put it in corn rows overnight and then when you wake up, take the braids out and it will look wavy.
