hmm, that's a really unhealthy weight loss need, however...Certain tricks I learned from wrestling might work for you.
Drink only 2 protein shakes a day, make sure that they have some vitamins and minerals in them so that your body does get some nutrition from them.
Sweat, sweat and sweat some more. Go to a sauna everyday and sweat yourself till you can't sweat no more.
Laxatives and bowel cleaners, I know it sounds gross, but the normal human being has several pounds of "stuck" "fecal matter" along their intestinal track, flush it out with laxatives and bowel cleaners. Make sure you drink lots of water cause this will dehydrate you. Or if your going for the ultimate unhealthy and damaging route, drink only a little bit of water.
That should do the trick...

Well this is what I did:
I had for breakfast one piece of toast with cheese or something. i had one cup of Orange Juice. Drink Green Tea which boosts the metabolism.
Then I didn't have lunch. I ate fruit 2 hours later. Then a small snack another 2 hrs later. (a couple of Jordan Almonds or Peanuts or Cottage Cheese with fruit dip type thing)
I walked for 45 minuets around the town.
I ate a small but balanced dinner. For example: Green Beans, 4 jumbo shrimp, and a half piece of baked fish. I also had a large cup of water and a mixed Green Salad.
I had fruit again an hour or so after dinner.
I lost weight pretty fast. I lost 4 lbs in 4 days and then it became more slow.
Hope I helped.

Here's the health-angle for you:
That much weight loss that fast is dangerous. Normal weight loss is at a rate of one or two pounds per week.
In order to get that kind of result, you need to severely limit your caloric intake and severely increase your caloric output.
If you go on a 1200 calorie diet, that should reduce your caloric intake by 25 to 50 percent.
If you burn 2400 calories per day, this means a net loss of 1200 calories - or 1/3 pound. Over two weeks, this yields about five pounds of loss.
Now, note that your weight does fluctuate every day. Try it: weigh yourself in the morning, and at night, and you'll see some small changes based on what you ate during the day.

You will care, believe me. You will be so short on energy and chances are good you will end up gaining that weight back quicker than what you lost it. It's not worth it.
Eating reasonably, excercising reasonably and drinking plenty of water will help you lose an average of 2-3 pounds a week.

Its basiically all about exercising alot .. by doing this you'll loose a great amount of weight, do it about 4-5 a week, gradually you will feel that you've lost weight and always eat the right amount of food... but do not starve yourself, this will only prevent you by eating a great amount of food and put it all back in. So by seyin this, the best possibility is just work out, take an offer in the gym and always drink water, or an sports drink!

drink water and eat frozen peas, it tkes more calories to eat a pea than what it will give you, so by eating peas you loose weight, i guess you can cook them to, but i liek them frozen it keeps more nutritional value that way, drink tons of water, no soda, no fruit juice or coffee or even tea, jsut water, and excersize, the fastest way to shed weight is to run stpes,. do it 2 or 3 times a day for as long as you can 5, 10 , maybe 15 minutes, if you can do that, thats dedication
