Like Jesus said in Mathew 10:14, 15 of an entire city or house: "[Speaking to His Disciples] Whoever does not receive you, nor heed your words, as you go out of that house or that city, shake the dust off your feet. Truly I say to you, it will be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah in the day of judgement than for that city."

JT...I'm, of course, not an Apostle. But, I am a disciple, or follower of Jesus -- you bet!

Yes it has happen, you will see it here more than anywhere else.
You can't make someone believe, that is something that they have to do on their own. All you can do is be faithful to what you believe. Jesus said, "By your actions the world will know." If your faith is real then you don't have to say a word, the light of your faith will shine bright. Your have claimed a faith in Jesus so what you must do now is model your life after His. When others see that in you they will notice the difference.
See the biggest problem we as Christians have, is that our actions will condemn us in the eyes of the unbeliever. It is unbelievable when we claim Christ but we live like hell. That is what is unbelievable.
Walk in faith and everything else will fall into place, you will see it and more important, others will see it to.
God Bless

Are you claiming to be a disciple?
If so, how are you accessing the Internet?
Jesus commanded his disciples to give up all their worldly possessions and become bums wandering the streets.
And, if you aren't a disciple, who cares what you have to say, or claim?
Response:
You failed to answer the question as to how you are accessing the Internet. Semantics does not alter the fact that disciples have no worldly goods, homes, families or anything other than the message they preach from street corners while wandering from town to town.
So, how is it that you are preaching on the Internet given the apparent fact you are not a disciple?

You are throwing your pearls to swine when you share with someone that doesn't want to hear it.
I try to live my faith and speak my faith. If they want to know more, they will ask. The Holy Spirit will let me know if I should share more. Otherwise, I'm throwing pearls to swine and they will think poorly about Christians. They'll think they're pushy. We need to be a fragrant aroma.
And JT the atheist: You can't interpret scripture since you don't have the Holy Spirit and you haven't studied the Bible.

many times. the issue that I gave others made them think when they went home after work. Some mocked me, others tried to criticize me, one tried to make himself look better by going to church on christmas.
I even debated with my ex-boss, who I saw as a lukewarm Christian.
You can tell those who have no desire to understand why. If the Spirit doesn't open the chance, I won't walk thru. When the opportunity presents itself, then I answer the questions they may have.
Most people have to be willing to listen with openness to be fair.
Doesn't mean I quit.
One ex-coworker hated working at my desk, I had Christian music playing and he said he could feel "His presence."
How did he know?
That was an effective witness tool.

This is why some Christians are marked as being too pushy ... because they dont know when to stop... we can't save the world ... but we can try our best to spread the word. God didnt say we had to save everyone, he just said to go into the world and teach everyone... If they dont accept it then its their bad... at least they had the opportunity... and who knows maybe they dont accept the truth right away but because its been presented to them there's always that chance that they could accept it later on

Yes.
Our job as Christians is to share the truth (the gospel) and leave the results to God.
This can and will mean rejection and mocking by some. That's their choice, and our job is to respect that choice.
Cordially.

Why don't you quit bothering people with your propaganda, and then no one will have to slam the door in your face.
