I think 99% people had an addiction but every had in differed way.

I have no addiction of anything.
I am strong minded and willed. I do not depend on any unnecessary thing for pleasure.
Never had a cig. gaveup even beer since i have diabetes.
I hope this gives you an encouragement to quit your habit.
