I heard it was beavers, then I heard it was elephants and grey whales. Huh? When a beaver floods and cuts down trees, it can change the flow of a river and make a species of tree disappear from an area. When a grey whale feeds, it creates massive trenches. Do they mean environment, or landscape? or what?

I think the best answer to this question is cyanobacteria, assuming by animal you mean living creature. Blue-green algae (which isn't algae) is produces more oxygen and filters out more carbon dioxide (and other impurities in our air) than any other living organism, including trees. So I would say that changes the environment more than anything. If you'd like to know more about our friends the cyanobacteria read the link below

Elephants cause the most damage to their own environment.
Sometimes the damage from a large herd will actualy cause them to lose a food source in an area for several years.

i would say that the animals that mostly harm the enviornment are humans because we drive cars that harm the ozone layer as well as fires that we make in the winter ro keep warm and make bar b qs but the secondary animal apart from us are the sharks because they eat up all the fish that can be eaten by all the humans so our food is slowly being expedited because of the sharks that are slowly eating up`ourfood so yeah i believe that the sharks are the second animals apart from us th¡at are slowly harming our enviornment but yeah we are the number one animal that harms our own enviornment and that is really sad because its our world and we should care for our world which our world gives us live because it gives us food air water and we are harming our own freakin enviornment yes we are we are the worst human beings that are harming our oiwn world we wouldnt go into our homes and throw trash on the ground or pour oil on our fridege
