Do you have rights because you are a Xian or do you have rights because you are American? Can you be both? Can you maintain you American human rights as an Xian? Can God maintain your faith if you are an American?

Neither. I would leave if the government required everyone to believe what I believe (and I believe it).

Forced belief is not Christ-like.

On the contrary, an American has rights irrespective of his religion.

Christianity has no relation to rights as an American.

Given the fact there are tens of thousands of cults all calling themselves Christians, their rights as Christians would be determined solely by cult membership.
