i have a bad dizziness for a few years and the drs cant find out why

Maybe because they couldn't understand what you were talking about.
Drink water and get some proper sleep. Is it hot where you live? Because the heat could be causing your dizzy spells.

Could be a type of vertigo. You would need to see your doctor and go over the tests that have been done. Have you been tested for vertigo, for diabetes, high blood pressure (you do this at home with a simple test).

If an inner ear problem has been ruled out go to a neurologist and get an EEG test run.

my mom just got diagnosed with vertigo. It can be caused by a lot of things. Ask your doctor if vertigo is a possibility.

i used to get dizzy and pass out because i didnt sweat. my sweat glands were not opened enough, so it lead to dizziness, blackouts, $ fainting.

Have you been to a otorhinolaryngologist? I may have spelled that wrong, but go to an ear doctor if you have not yet.

I have that problem also when I smell certain chemicals. There is no cure for it so the doctors act like they don't anything.

you might have an inner ear problem. perhaps too much fliud in there. ask your doctor about vertigo treatment. maybe maxide will help.
