I think if he takes the time to watch and learn he can use said "techniques" and yes, seduce any woman. All he needs to learn is what a particular woman is looking for.

a man can seduce any women. theres no real "techniques" or lines or moves. each woman is different, they respond to different things. all you really have to do is pay attention.

Depends on age, and your looks, and your body fitness. And sometimes your intelligence, and money. Can't all depend on techniques, techniques only help you stimulate the goal, but you need to reach the goal first.
