After I had my son, it's been hard for me to loose my baby fat. What can I do to get rid of it. Diets, exercises, what?

depends on how much u have. The short answer is you can't. Take up power walking for 20 minutes each day increasing the length and time about every three days. and also, bicycling. An exercycle will do wonders? In six weeks, you'll have done wonders, providing you not heaping calorie upon calorie. Eat sensibly, even if your hungry. Don't overeat. You can control your eating by changing ur eating habits. Eat less, more often.

If your under thirty, exercise. Over thirty, exercise.

If your 20 lbs or less overweight, exercise. Over twenty lbs, exercise but see a doctor. Don't sweat the small stuff. Eat sensibly and exercise. I had a friend who lost 30 lbs after having her last baby simply by exercycling at home for 3 months. Drinks lots of water to help expel unwanted fat.

long hard work at the gym. around here, we can set up an appt. at the YMCA with a personal tranier who tells you what to do to reach your goal. Check out your local gym and see if they have that for you.

Do crunch sit-ups and watch what you eat. Try eating more raw vegetables and fresh fruit for snacks.
