i have swim meets everyday. afterwards, im usually tired. if i go running after i get home (thats like 5 minutes later), will i burn more than if i wait 1-2 hours?

you will burn the same amount of calories. your body is just like a car, you will burn the same amount of fuel if the external conditions are the same, now matter when you drive.

No sorry it will burn less - if you wait until your body has regained strength you will burn upto 3 times more. when your tired your system can not work as fast so burning calories slows way down.

Nope.. Burning calories is a pretty constant item, it doesn't matter if you are tired or not. It may be more dangerous to your body and its structures if you are tired because you may not position yourself correctly when running, and you may be at a higher risk for a fall.

No, you're not tired after working out, you're fatigued, and thats from working your muscles, and your body is telling you to quit so you don't over excercise and hurt yourself, and when you're not excercisin you aint burning calories, not enough to be noticable anyway. Sorry
