Well I'll tell you a personal experience I had with caffeine. Around 3 years ago I found a lump on my breast. I was told to cut out caffeine and was given an appointment for an exam. Sure enough by the time my exam rolled around the lump was gone. The doctor told me that caffeine causes cysts in women's breasts. She said that hers (her breasts) were actually hard as rocks because of all her years of drinking caffeine. Another bad experience I had because of caffeine was becoming extremely dehydrated. I ended up going to the ER several times without any reasons why, finally they told me I was dehydrated and said that caffeine had helped cause it. Dehydration is a horrible feeling. I felt dizzy all the time and felt like I was going to pass out a lot. Do yourself a favor and stay away from caffeine.

Caffeine for me... Ok all males leave this response...

I drank soda's ever since I was a kid and when I came of age my Cycles were never stable, painful as all Hell the only stablity was a three day nightmare of major blood loss.
Then about 4 years ago it was suggested that I drop the sodas to help lose weight. What I found was that when I dropped the sodas I suddenly had a stable, regular, very less painful cycle. I don't know what it is, maybe the caffeine causes your blood to thicken. But so many people rely on caffeine to survive a day it's understandable why people don't notice. But one person I know was put on birth control pills as a means to regulate her cycle and I'm willing to bet it's because she drinks so much caffeine. If you drop the stuff and you get enough water to cleanse it out, you'll be much healthier.

There are so many things that are not really as bad as some people think. Caffeine is really only bad in large quantities, with additives. (example: processed ground coffee upsets my stomach yet whole bean is fine).

A person may be on a diet so it is not the caffeine that is necessarily bad but you know the cream and sugar is.

Also each person is different and may have different responses to caffeine.

Caffeine is supposedly addictive, bad for your bladder and urinary process, because it can eventually lead people to have to use the bathroom too much, and can cause the jitters if over used.
