There are plenty of recipes for mocktails out there. Here are some:
The Virgin Piña Colada. This recipe serves one.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. crushed pineapple
2 oz. cream of coconut
1 oz. pineapple juice
maraschino cherries
1/4 c. crushed ice
orange slice
Steps:
1. Blend cream of coconut, crushed pineapple, pineapple juice and ice until smooth.
2. Strain into highball or collins glass.
3. Garnish with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry.
Tips:
Canned crushed pineapple juice in syrup is better for a sweet drink; use unsweetened pineapple juice for a less sugary flavor.
The Mock Manhattan. It closely approximates the taste of the real thing, but without the alcohol. This recipe serves 2.
Ingredients:
3 oz. cranberry juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
dash of grenadine
3 oz. orange juice
cracked ice
dash of orange bitters
Steps:
1. Put cranberry juice, orange juice, orange bitters, grenadine, lemon juice and cracked ice in a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake and strain into chilled cocktail glasses
A Virgin Singapore sling is a nonalcoholic cousin of the world-famous Singapore sling, which uses cherry brandy instead of cherry juice. This recipe makes one serving.
Ingredients:
2 oz. cherry juice
club soda
cracked ice
1/2 oz. lime juice
lime wedge
1 maraschino cherries
Steps:
1. Fill a chilled collins glass with cracked ice.
2. Add cherry juice and lime juice and stir.
3. Top off with soda water and stir.
4. Garnish with lime wedge and maraschino cherry.
The Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri is a cold, fruity nonalcoholic drink - perfect for summer barbecues or lawn parties. This recipe makes one serving.
Ingredients:
1/2 oz. lime juice
1 oz. frozen strawberries
1 tsp. sugar
orange slice
strawberry
Steps:
1. Fill a mixing glass with cracked ice.
2. Add lime juice, frozen strawberries and sugar.
3. Shake five times.

5. Garnish with orange slice and strawberry.
Virgin Sloe Gin Fizz. You'll get all the fizz but no sloe gin in this nonalcoholic version of the real thing. This recipe makes one serving.
Ingredients:
1 oz. almond syrup
3-1/2 oz. cherry juice
chilled collins glass
cracked ice
lemon slice
maraschino cherries
soda water
Steps:
1. Stir cherry juice, almond syrup, soda water and cracked ice in a chilled collins glass.
2. Garnish with lemon wedge and maraschino cherry.
Shirley Temple. The mocktail of choice for little girls everywhere. (Little boys tend to prefer the Roy Rogers.) Serves one.
Ingredients:
oranges slice
ice cubes
6 to 8 oz. 7-Ups
highball glasses
1 oz. grenadines
maraschino cherries
Steps:
1. Fill a highball glass 3/4 full of ice cubes.
2. Pour 7-Up over ice until the glass is almost full.
3. Add grenadine.
4. Stir.
5. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and an orange slice.
Tips:
This can be made with ginger ale instead of 7-Up.
Roy Rogers
A fruity, non-alcoholic mocktail. This recipe serves one.
Ingredients:
ice
highball glasses
Coke®
splash of grenadines
lemon slices
maraschino cherries
Steps:
1. Add ice to a highball glass and fill to almost full with Coke or your favorite cola drink.
2. Add a splash of grenadine.
3. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a lemon wedge.
The naked navel is a cool, nonalcoholic version of the fuzzy navel. This recipe serves one.
Ingredients:
1 cup cracked ice
1 tsp. grenadine
3 oz. orange juice
ripe medium peach
Steps:
1. Skin and slice the peach, discarding the pit.
2. Place orange juice, peach, grenadine and ice in a blender.
3. Cover and blend on High until smooth.
4. Pour into a glass.

I don't drink spirits because I get drunk at the speed of light....and I am a very strange drunk so I don't touch the stuff. Actually, every party should have a mocktail drink for the designated driver.
Here is a goodie.
2 cups Pineapple juice
1/3 cup cream of coconut
1 1/2 tsp rum extract
1/2 cup crushed ice.
Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
These are the directions I was given, but I play about with the amounts of everything depending on what kind of taste I am after.
Yummmm.....

FRUITLOOPS:
3 oz pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz orange juice
1 oz cranberry juice
1 splash grenadine syrup
Stir all ingredients and serve over ice. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
JUMP START
2 oz Mountain Dew citrus soda
2 oz Fanta orange soda
2 oz Sprite soda
1/2 oz lemon juice
Add all ingredients to a coffee mug and stir for about 5 or so seconds. Serve
VIRGIN BANANA COLADA
1 very ripe banana
6 oz pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz coconut cream
1 cup crushed ice
Cut the banana into chunks, and add to a blender. Add the pineapple juice, coconut cream and crushed ice. Blend well at high speed. Pour into a collins glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, a pineapple wedge, and serve
