Well I remember when i was about 13 or so that they were hurting alittle bit I had to massage them. I heard that happened because they were growing.

you'll know if they dont fit in your bra like they used to. If your bra seems to be shrinking it is actually ur boobs getting bigger. Um if friends have said something about them looking bigger then they probably are. Or if you notice they look bigger in some of your shirts..when they usually dont look that big..that's another way to tell.

You know when they start to hurt .. and you rub them, and you can feel the tissue in it.. Don't worry. if you want them big i find that you shouldn't rub them just cup ur hand over it .. the warmth helps the pain or itching.
